Water Service Update
For customers in the Northline Terrace, Oakwilde and Woodland Oaks Service Areas:
Due to certain regulations related to limiting the use of groundwater pumped from water wells, your Service Area is provided with surface water through an interconnection with the City of Houston.
The City currently has extremely low pressure/no pressure throughout its Water System.
As the City resolves its pressure issues, your Service Area should then begin receiving service again.
Once service is restored, the District requests that you minimize the use of water as much as possible in order to help build back pressure within your Service Area.
Please also work to identify any leaks that you might have in order to help maintain such pressure.
Once you begin receiving water again, please be advised that you should boil such water until further notice.
